EasyDD
Our Direct Debit Payments Software is an easy-to-use solution integrated with Sage 50 and Sage 200. The system is designed
to create variable direct debit transaction instructions that can be
sent to your bank for accurate processing.
How it Works
Using the bank details against customer accounts held in Sage and using
existing transactions the system calculates the value of the Direct
Debit. Specific customer accounts or individual transactions on
customer accounts can then be excluded if required. The generated file
is then sent to the bank for processing. The system also validates the
transactions before sending the information to the bank. In addition,
the cash is posted to the accounts and matched against the selected
invoices.
What To Do Now
Contact Your Bank
Different Banks have different requirements for facilitating Direct
Debit collections. Your Bank may provide an online service for
you to upload the Direct Debit files or you may need to use the
services of a third party Bureau.
Install EasyDD
EasyDD for Sage 50 can be downloaded by clicking here. This will
provide you with a trial version which will operate for 45 days before
